I slow-bake the oats after coating them in pure maple syrup, then gently spice the mix with nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and allspice – filling your kitchen with that unmistakable Christmas aroma. Flaked almonds add a delicate crunch, while ruby-red cranberries bring a burst of sweetness.
